My name is Emma! I am a Speech-Language Pathologist at Wright Choice Therapy. I am originally from Mount Ephraim, NJ, but I currently live in the Roxborough/Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. I received my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at La Salle University through their 5-year accelerated masters program. I am certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and am licensed to practice speech-language pathology in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have a passion for supporting individuals of all ages with all kinds of communication disorders. I have experience working in skilled nursing facilities, acute care/hospitals, long-term care, outpatient, home health, school districts, and private practice. I have worked with preschool and school- aged children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. I believe that every individual has something valuable to say, and that communication may not look the same for everyone. My favorite part about being a speech-language pathologist is having the opportunity to make meaningful connections with patients and watching them grow as they build communicative confidence. Outside of work, I sing in a mixed choir and a women’s choir in Chestnut Hill, PA. Additionally, I enjoy reading, thrifting, painting, and spending time down the shore at my campground. I am eager to help your child reach their communication goals!
