*Out of network clients can receive a receipt that could be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement for coverage. A prescription from the doctor is needed for submission to insurance companies, which will need to include a diagnosis for medical necessity for Occupational Therapy. The receipt will include diagnosis, type of service and fee. Wright Choice Therapy accepts only the above insurances and you will need to directly submit claims outside of these companies*
